Supplier sourcing
We find every qualified supplier who can meet your requirements and show you how they compare. You're assessing the same thing every time rather than juggling multiple deals, contacts, and variables.
Supplier verification
We confirm export registration against government registries, certifications with the issuing body, and customs records showing what they have actually shipped and to where.
Specification writing
Moisture, volatile oils, grade, cut, particle size, sterilization method, packaging. If it isn't in the contract, you get whatever arrives. We help you understand what you should be asking for.
Price benchmarking
We provide you with research into the most up-to-date market levels so you know whether the quote in front of you is realistic and reasonable. We also negotiate the best price possible on your behalf.
Inspection scoping
We don't inspect. We specify what an independent lab should test for, appoint them, and make sure the result is a required document rather than a line in a contract that nobody enforces.
Destination compliance screening
We'll tell you everything you need to know to clear compliance screening: current testing frequencies for your origin and product, applicable residue limits, and whether your supplier's process will clear your port.

Documentation, inspection, terms. The paperwork and compliance are where most first-time shipments fall apart. You deal directly with the supplier from the time it leaves the port.
FEES
We are paid only on completed transactions at the time of shipment.
Our fee is a percentage of the order value that decreases as the order grows, and both the buyer and the supplier agree to it in writing before anyone commits.
