Microplane

A microplane is a kitchen tool with a flat grating surface covered in extremely fine, razor-sharp holes. This design creates a very fine, fluffy, and almost powdery texture when grating ingredients. This is ideal for zesting citrus, mincing garlic, and grating large whole spices like nutmeg.
