Pul Biber
Pul biber are Turkish red pepper flakes, produced by sun-drying, deseeding, and crushing the dried pods of Capsicum annuum in the nightshade family (Solanaceae). The fruity, earthy warmth of kebabs, eggs, mezze, and lentil soup, it’s used every day in Türkiye, third only to salt and black pepper.
