Rocoto Peppers

Rocoto peppers are the juicy, apple-shaped, black-seeded Andean chiles from Capsicum pubescens, distinct enough to stand as its own species. The same peppers are called locoto in Bolivia and Argentina and manzano or perón in Mexico.
