Cacho de Cabra Pepper

Cacho de cabra peppers are the long pods of a Chilean variety of the chile pepper species Capsicum annuum in the nightshade family (Solanaceae). Named “goat’s horn” for its curved, horn-like shape, it carries a mild to medium heat and is best known sun-dried and smoked as the base of merkén, the Mapuche chile blend.
