Angelica

Angelica is a genus of about 60 species of biennial and perennial herbs in the parsley family (Apiaceae). 3 primary species used for culinary purposes: Garden angelica (A. archangelica), North American wild angelica (A. atropurpurea), and European wild angelica (A. sylvestris). They are used for their roots, stems, leaves, and seeds.
