Baobab

Baobab is the spice produced from the dried fruit pulp of the iconic African baobab tree (Adansonia digitata), in the same family as hibiscus, okra, cotton, and cacao (Malvaceae). The white, powdery pulp surrounds the seeds within the large gourd-like fruit.
